Projects
and research

Quantacell actively contributes to the scientific community through scientific collaborations and high-level publications in prestigious journals.

Our work covers the fields of artificial intelligence, 3D image analysis, organoid imaging, and biomedical innovation.

Our scientific
collaborations

At QuantaCell, we collaborate in a wide range of contexts (academic projects, hospital-based collaborations, industrial partnerships, ANR proposals, including PRC, PRCI and PRCE projects, regional and national calls, European programmes such as Horizon Europe, EIC or ERC, and selected international funding schemes such as NIH, NSF or SBIR/STTR programmes) with an approach that is scientific, methodological and operational. Thanks to our position at the interface between life sciences, imaging, data and software, we help turn complex biological or medical questions into robust, actionable and scientifically valuable analytical workflows.

Do you have a research project in preparation?

We would be delighted to discuss it with you from the earliest stages, to understand your objectives, assess feasibility, and jointly build the most appropriate imaging protocols and quantitative analysis methods.
