On March 12–13, 2025, QuantaCell hosted the very first edition of its Digital Pathology training program dedicated to HistoMetriX, our image analysis software tailored for biomedical research.

This two-day training session was designed for researchers, pathologists, and imaging professionals who wished to explore or deepen their use of image analysis tools on their own datasets.

👉 During this hands-on training, participants learned how to:

• Automatically detect and analyze samples in fluorescence and brightfield microscopy,

• Annotate and customize their regions of interest (ROIs),

• Quantify biomarkers and explore colocalization strategies,

• Work with their own images and projects using HistoMetriX.

What made this first edition so special?

💡 The energy, curiosity, and engagement of the participants, who quickly took ownership of the software and began applying it to their projects.
