#000000;\">La colocalisation est un outil important pour le biologiste cellulaire. Cette information permet de mesurer la promiscuit\u00e9 de deux mol\u00e9cules fluorescentes dans la cellule. L\u2019image d\u2019overlay (\u00e0 droite) est peu informative quant \u00e0 la colocalisation des deux marqueurs. Une analyse de colocalisation par segmentation est men\u00e9e pour obtenir sa quantification. Une segmentation par ondelette est appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque canal pour d\u00e9tecter les objets fluorescents. Cette segmentation s\u2019effectue en 3D pour augmenter la pr\u00e9cision. La mesure de colocalisation est d\u00e9finie comme le ratio de pixels segment\u00e9s dans les deux canaux.
