l\u2019image<\/strong>. Les dendrites des neurones (marquage des microtubules dendritiques) sont d\u00e9tect\u00e9es avec une premi\u00e8re segmentation des larges dendrites. Cette segmentation est compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par la d\u00e9tection des dendrites fines. Les astrocytes sont segment\u00e9es dans le canal vert et les noyaux dans le bleu. La segmentation des diff\u00e9rents canaux permet une analyse de colocalisation fine entre les astrocytes et les neurites.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color:
