quantitative et analyse tissulaire<\/u><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La quantification automatique des tissus consiste \u00e0 reproduire \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019algorithmes l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation des anatomo-pathologistes. Les sections de tissus sont dispos\u00e9es sur des lames de microscopie et digitalis\u00e9es avec un scanner de lame. La quantification les images est une t\u00e2che difficile :<\/span><\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les images sont \u00e9normes : le scanner de lame g\u00e9n\u00e8re des lames virtuelles combinant des milliers de champs microscopiques (tuiles) qui correspondent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chantillon de tissu entier<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Variabilit\u00e9 entre lames : les \u00e9tapes d\u2019inclusion, les \u00e9tapes de coloration et les \u00e9tapes d\u2019acquisition peuvent entra\u00eener des diff\u00e9rences importantes entre des lames identiques. Il est donc important de traiter soigneusement les images afin de r\u00e9duire les diff\u00e9rences entre les lames. La normalisation interne peut aider \u00e0 standardiser les couleurs et les intensit\u00e9s<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Plusieurs \u00e9tapes de segmentation sont n\u00e9cessaires pour obtenir une bonne quantification : segmentation de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon (pour supprimer l\u2019arri\u00e8re-plan de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon), segmentation de la structure tissulaire (zone \u00e9pith\u00e9liale, zone n\u00e9crotique, lumens, l\u00e9sions tissulaires), segmentation des cellules (intensit\u00e9, forme, nombre) des taches)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La visualisation des r\u00e9sultats n\u2019est pas triviale : l\u2019inspection visuelle de la quantification des lames est tr\u00e8s importante et l\u2019utilisateur doit v\u00e9rifier les r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9solutions. Il doit \u00eatre capable de naviguer avec des outils ergonomiques pour zoomer, d\u00e9zoomer et d\u00e9filer l\u2019image originale et superposer la segmentation r\u00e9sultante<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dans de nombreux cas, l\u2019analyse doit \u00eatre guid\u00e9e par l\u2019expert ou l\u2019anatomopathologiste. Ils d\u00e9finissent la r\u00e9gion d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat, incluent ou excluent les zones en fonction de leur compr\u00e9hension. Il est donc important de combiner la quantification automatique avec la supervision d\u2019un expert<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color:
